Position: Appointment Setter – Sales (On-Site)

Location: Prishtina office (working U.S. EST hours)

Role Overview:

You will contact pre-qualified/warm leads, revive interest, and book confirmed appointments for our sales teams/clients.

Responsibilities:

  1.  Call, text, and follow up with warm leads (no cold prospecting).
  2. Leave professional voicemail messages when calls are unanswered.
  3. Qualify and capture key info; set firm appointments.
  4. Log every touchpoint in CRM with accuracy.
  5. Hit daily/weekly KPIs for outreach, revivals, and sets.
  6. Work closely with team leads for coaching and performance.

Requirements

  1.  Experience required in appointment setting, sales, or call center work.
  2. Excellent English (spoken & written).
  3. Reliable computer skills; fast learner in CRMs/dialers.
  4. On-site availability in Prishtina; EST shift.
  5. Persistent, organized, and target-driven.
