Refunds and Cancellations Homex USA LLC’s refund policy is designed to be fair, recognizing the nature of our services:

• If a client terminates their agreement on the first day of service, we offer a 90% refund of the initial fee paid.

• If services have been partially rendered, the maximum refund available will be 30% of the fee paid.

• Refunds outside these parameters are not typically provided but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Fulfillment Policy Our commitment to providing timely and effective services is outlined in our Fulfillment Policy:

• Automotive Industry (Dealerships): We charge an acquisition fee only after each vehicle is procured. Billing can be per transaction, weekly, or monthly, based on our agreement.

• Real Estate Department: Services begin the same day the invoice is issued. For monthly billing, clients are required to pay 50% of the total fee upfront to cover the first two weeks.

  Termination

• Clients may terminate their service agreement at any time by providing written notice to Homex USA LLC.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees up to the date of termination must be settled in full.
• Homex USA LLC reserves the right to terminate the agreement under certain conditions, such as breach of contract or non-payment, following appropriate notice.

Intellectual Property The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, as well as their arrangement, is owned by Homex USA LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
