It all started with a simple yet ambitious idea. Ramiz Duka, a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience, and Artimis Krasniqi, a young, tech-savvy visionary, dreamed of creating something more than just another call center. They wanted to build a virtual agency that could bridge the gap between traditional services and modern digital solutions. The first spark of this idea came when Ramiz’s handyman service, powered by homexchangepa.com, began generating leads. Alongside this, they were tapping into HomeAdvisor (now known as Angi), aiming to set appointments for various handyman services.
In those early days, the team was small but full of potential. Artimis recruited his brother Qendrim and his close friend Florent Aliu—who would soon earn the nickname “Jason” for his undercover work in web development and marketing. With Artimis teaching Florent the ropes of WordPress and social media marketing, they were ready to take on the world—or so they thought.
Despite their enthusiasm, the journey wasn’t as smooth as they had hoped. The call center they envisioned was still far from becoming a reality. But everything changed in late 2019 when destiny brought them a game-changer: Durim Gorenca, known as Dustin. Moving from Debar, Macedonia, Dustin moved to Pristina, Kosovo, bringing with him an extraordinary talent for sales and an unmatched fluency in English.
Dustin had honed his skills at a call center in Debar, specializing in Property Management & Sales. His natural ability to connect with people and his knack for closing deals breathed new life into the struggling startup. The combination of Ramiz’s mentorship, Dustin’s sales prowess, and the tech and marketing skills of Artimis and Florent created a powerhouse team. It was then that Homex Virtual Agency was officially born, with Durim not just taking on the role of CEO but also being a co-founder, shaping the direction and growth of the agency.
With Durim at the helm as CEO and co-founder, Homex Virtual Agency quickly gained traction. They expanded their services, working with over 105 clients across the real estate, solar, and automotive industries. The team grew, and so did their reach. Offices sprang up in Pristina, Debar, Kamenica, and Tetovo, reflecting the agency’s rapid growth and success.
Over time, more than 150 skilled professionals passed through the doors of Homex Virtual Agency, learning, growing, and contributing to the company’s success. The agency became a hub of innovation and expertise, where employees were not just workers but members of a close-knit team that valued collaboration and continuous learning
Today, Homex Virtual Agency is a thriving business with a solid, dedicated team of 25 professionals. In a move to better serve their U.S.-based clients, they founded Homex USA LLC, making it easier for partners and clients in the States to collaborate and do business with
them.
The journey doesn’t end here. Homex Virtual Agency also developed a unique product called Carlinks.io—a testament to their innovative spirit. But that’s a story for another time, one that promises to be just as exciting and transformative as the story of their beginnings.
